- Communicate with clients via telephone and email
- Drafting routine correspondence and memos under attorney supervision
- Maintain up-to-date document database, calendars, and client files.

Required Experience and Skills:
- 4+ years of estate planning experience
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office, document management systems, and e-filing systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Have a general knowledge of real estate and corporate document
